Data protection

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you submit the demo-request form. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.

1 · Controller

Felix Schaller (FelixSchallerCOM), Rotter Str. 34, 85567 Grafing bei München, Germany.
Contact: info@xixum.org

2 · Contact / demo-request form

When you use the form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a demo.

3 · Server log files

When pages are requested, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser/OS) in log files. This is necessary for secure, stable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained for a short period and then deleted.

4 · Fonts

Web fonts (Barlow, Barlow Condensed) are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any third-party font CDN is established, and no font-related data is transmitted to third parties.

5 · Web analytics (Matomo, cookieless)

This website uses Matomo, a privacy-friendly web-analytics tool that we host on our own server (stats.timeminator.com). It is not Google Analytics, and no analytics data is shared with third-party advertising networks.

Beyond Matomo, this website sets no advertising cookies and uses no other third-party tracking.

6 · Recipients & processors

Data may be processed by our hosting and email-delivery providers acting as processors on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.

7 · Your rights

To exercise any right, contact info@xixum.org.

Draft privacy notice — please have this reviewed by qualified counsel and adapt it to your actual hosting, email and processing arrangements before publication. For the Matomo section, make sure the instance is configured to anonymize IP addresses and to respect the browser "Do Not Track" signal so the setup matches this notice.
