Our Back Story
The company was founded on a simple but unresolved problem: modern AI systems generate answers, but cannot explain, verify, or govern decisions. In complex environments, organizations are forced to rely on opaque tools, manual workarounds, and fragmented workflows that break under scale, regulation, or uncertainty.
The Reasoning OS emerged from years of research into formal semantics, knowledge graphs, and deductive reasoning — with the goal of replacing tool-centric interaction with artifact-centric reasoning.
Our Mission
We empower organizations with a decision operating system (OS) that makes reasoning transparent, trustworthy and adaptive across people, process, technology, data and AI. We replace brittle tools and static workflows with governed decision artifacts that scale, evolve, and drive confident outcomes.
Founding Team
XIXUM is led by a multidisciplinary founding team combining deep technical expertise, systems thinking, and enterprise experience across AI, engineering, and complex operations.
Felix
Founder & CEO
Research-driven system architect focused on formal semantics, deductive reasoning, and artifact-centric AI platforms.

Industry and operations experience, bridging real-world decision processes with advanced reasoning systems.
“XIXUM was founded on the conviction that AI must be able to argue for its decisions, not just generate answers. By grounding reasoning in formal semantics and deduction, we enable decision artifacts that are traceable, inspectable, and logically defensible. This is what allows organizations to trust AI in complex and high-consequence environments.”
